Ray was extremely efficient and timely with regard to installing our new wall mounted tv. He spent time explaining how to navigate through the various subscription services and remotes that were needed to properly access them. When we had difficulty accessing our cable provider several days later he graciously returned to our home and spent additional time with us explaining the process. The company did a great job in mounting my tv onto my wall. They were very punctual and had all the things they needed to complete the job. After the mount I previously purchased wasn’t going to be sufficient for the job, they had a tv wall Mount that worked, on hand, that allowed to the job to completed. Couldn’t be more happy with my experience and would gladly recommend to anyone needing professional services on their home or business.

We have used Output several times for various projects including; security systems, enhancement in servicing our cable as well as our wifi and Sonos systems. This is a first-rate company. I hired Output Design to mount two TVs in my new apartment. Ray was very easy to communicate with during the quoting process and was actually able to schedule our appointment for the same week. He came today right on time and worked efficiently to complete both TV mounting (one was a full swivel / pivot mount which was much more complicated) and he also helped to mount and connect a soundbar and apple TV as well. Ray was very professional and friendly. I would rehire him in a second for a similar project and recommend him highly to anyone in need of TV-mounting services.    

I hired the Output Design crew to do a dreaded cleanup project in my 1920's home. There were several sets of low-voltage wiring from the various owners installing security systems, ethernet, cable tv, doorbells, HVAC...etc. Much of this was carelessly run across the basement ceiling creating a hopeless mess. The Output Design crew was able to understand it all and clean it up to perfection - saving old wire where it made sense and replacing where they had to. I'm left with all wires terminated neatly in one basement room, nothing going across the ceiling, and 5 new security cameras to boot. Pricing was a touch high, but you certainly get what you pay for. I recommend Output Design without reservation.    

We worked with Ray who listened to our requirements, provided expert advice and made a range of proposals for us to select from. This approach allowed us to pick exactly design and installation we loved at the optimum price point for us. The quality of work was excellent and we could not be happier with the value and end result.

Great guy! He was completely prepared, on time, clean working area, and knew exactly what he was doing. His prices were reasonable and we would definitely call him again or recommend him to friends. Definitely better than asking a building super to help.

The guy was on time very polite and informative He was there to mount 2 TVs He did more than just that he removed one of the tv from a tv stand , he advised us on which mount was good  and help my boys to move a tv and tv stand to another room I will definitely use this company again honest and trustworthy.

I found Mr. Cruz via Angie's List and I could not be happier with his service/work!  I needed my tv mounted and I wanted to hide the wires.  I had purchased the mount already (he has these for purchase) and I had gotten aire covers that stick to the wall. While he was mounting the tv, Mr. Cruz explained my options for hiding the wires: use the wall stick cover - or he could create a space for an outlet in my wall.  He is very professional, so I knew he would respect either decision I made.  I opted for the new outlet.  He also offered to move my cable wires behind my sofa, leaving that space very organized. The job was completed in a timely manner and he left his workspace very clean.
